Cancellations / refunds do not apply to the supply of goods produced or ordered according to the consumer's specifications or manifestly personalized.

  1. RETURN IN STORE

If, after your purchase, you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another or request a return. 

  1. DELIVER THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

A form will be filled in at the store with your order code and the item(s) you want to return. It is mandatory to present the purchase invoice, under penalty of not being able to carry out any procedure.

Don't know what your order code is? Go to your order confirmation email to view your order code.

  1. THE REFUND WILL BE MADE IN THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED IN THE PURCHASE

Bear in mind that if you return your items to the store, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by Multibanco or MB WAY.

  1. RETURN BY MAIL

2.1 Mainland Portugal

2.1.1 Registered Customer

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to make your return:

  1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT “eturetrosaria.com”

Click on "My orders" and then click on the order with the items you want to return. Select the items and click on "Return". Write the reason for the return and click "Create Item Return".

  1. PREPARE YOUR ORDER

Pack your items securely, in the original packaging, if possible, and include the purchase invoice (if you purchased via Multibanco).

  1. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE ORDER

Along with your invoice and your order, there will be a sticker with the return address that you must stick to your order.

2.1.2 Guest Client

Placing an order as a guest does not require registration and login to your account at “eturetrosaria.com”

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to make your return:

  1. SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING YOUR RETURN

If you wish to return an item, send an email to etu-retrosariaesirgaria@hotmail.com indicating:

- order code;

- reference of the item(s) to be returned and reason for the return;

- IBAN, if you made the purchase by Multibanco or MB WAY

  1. PREPARE YOUR ORDER

Pack your items securely, in the original packaging, if possible, and include the purchase invoice (if you made the purchase via Multibanco or MB WAY).

  1. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE ORDER

2.2 Return by post – Islands

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to make your return:

- order code;

- reference of the item(s) to be returned and reason for the return;

- IBAN, if you made the purchase by Multibanco or MB WAY

  1. PREPARE YOUR ORDER

Pack your items securely, in the original packaging, if possible, and include the purchase invoice (if you made the purchase via Multibanco or MB WAY).

  1. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE ORDER

We will send to your e-mail a label with the return address that you must paste in your order.

2.3 Return by post – Europe

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to make your return:

  1. SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING YOUR RETURN

If you wish to return an item, send an email to etu-retrosariaesirgaria@hotmail.com indicating:

- order code;

- reference of the item(s) to be returned and reason for the return;

- IBAN, if you made the purchase by Multibanco or MB WAY

  1. PREPARE YOUR ORDER

Pack your items securely, in the original packaging, if possible, and include the purchase invoice (if you made the purchase via Multibanco or MB WAY).

  1. EXCHANGE

Exchanges can be made in the online store.

You must request the return of the item(s) through the procedures described above and place a new order.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  1. RETURNS TERMS

When carrying out exchanges and returns, you must know that:

- Exchanges and returns are only allowed up to 14 days after receiving your order.

- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, namely with the original tags intact and the items in perfect condition and without signs of use.

- Non-compliance with the deadline or poor conditions of the returned parts imply the non-acceptance of the return. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for reshipping the returned items.

- As soon as we receive your order, we will check the status of the items and refund the returned items.

- For returns by mail, ÉTÚ - Retrosaria will not accept shipments with payment to the recipient or against reimbursement, and shipping or return costs will not be refunded.

  1. REFUNDS

The refund period can vary between 2 and 14 working days, after we have received your return in our store. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Did you pay via MULTIBANCO? In these cases, we will need your IBAN code to carry out the refund. To do so, you can provide us with your data via email etu-retrosariaesirgaria@hotmail.com or send it along with your order.

As soon as we receive this data, we will make the return.

Bear in mind that we do not refund shipping or return costs.

If you have received a defective item or one that does not match the purchase and you decide to return it, you must follow the procedures described above. Once we have checked the status of the items, we will refund the cost of the returned items and shipping costs, if any.
