ATM reference

• The site will send an entity, a reference and the value of your order to your email, which you can settle at any ATM or Homebanking;
• Orders paid by Multibanco Reference are automatically canceled if they are not paid within 72 hours ;
• Payments via Multibanco Reference do not need to send receipts;
• ÉTÚ - Retrosaria recommends this method of payment for online orders, due to its convenience and faster processing.

MB Way

• With MB WAY you can pay for your order using your mobile phone number associated with this service;
• Orders paid by MB WAY are automatically canceled if they are not paid within 5 minutes ;
• Payments via MB WAY do not need to send receipts.

If it expired or if you did not receive the notification, follow the instructions below:

1 - If you purchased as a Guest Customer, click " Track my order " in the upper right corner of the order email and then click " Make Payment " by selecting the desired payment method.

2 - If you are a Registered customer, log into your " My orders " account and then click " Make Payment " by selecting the desired payment method.

paypal

• The most used payment method in the world. An email and password is all it takes to checkout before it hits your wallet;
• After completing the order, click on Make Payment;
• You will be redirected to the Paypal page to make the payment.

If you did not succeed and want to repeat the payment, follow the instructions below:

• Visa / Mastercard payments are protected with the new 3D Secure™ security system.
• After finishing the order, click on Make Payment .

payshop

Pay for your purchases online at a Payshop Agent.

• No extra costs;
• Available at more than 7,000 CTT / Payshop Payment Points spread across the country;
• No need to use credit cards.

How it works?
In the online store, choose the Payshop payment method and write down or print the reference given to you;
Go to a CTT / Payshop Payment Point.

• Tell us what the Payshop reference is.
• Pay in cash and keep the receipt.

Bank transfer

• Pay at any Multibanco terminal or through your Homebanking.
• Make the transfer within 72 hours, sending proof, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
• After payments send us proof to etu-retrosariaesirgaria@hotmail.com with the name of the account holder and the order code.
